What I say

Ever since I was a little girl I remember being obsessed with Make Up. I used to look up to the glamorous supermodels in magazines and think ‘I want to be part of this’. The supermodels I’m talking about are the iconic ones, Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Stephanie Seymour, Helena Christensen, Claudia Schiffer and Tyra Banks. It always seemed like an industry I’d never have access to, like it was so glamorous only the rich and famous were allowed in. I’ve worked so hard to establish my brand and career and theres still so much I hope to achieve. I love teaching people, I love knowing I’ve helped broaden someones knowledge or outlook in this industry.

I’m married to the man of my dreams, my soul mate and my best friend, Bobby. He’s my partner in business as well as life and I couldn’t imagine my life without him. We live in Dubai, very close to the beach. I have the most amazing family I could ever ask for. No matter what happens in life, they have never turned their back on me and we all actually enjoy spending time with one another. As much as this sounds like the perfect life, I’ve had my fair share of nightmares prior to being happy and content. But, I’m a strong believer in positive vibes and that’s what I prefer to focus on. I love wholesome food, cooking, baking and eating out. I’m the person who bakes or cooks then forces friends and family to eat it. I get satisfaction from feeding people and knowing they’ve enjoyed the food. I love cakes, in particular Magnolia Bakery Chocolate cake. They make the most delicious frosting.

I love shoes and bags…I have way more than I actually need. I think Christian Louboutin are the most painful heels I have ever worn but I still can’t stop buying them. Chanel are probably the least painful heels I own. I think Prada and Louis Vuitton have created the most comfortable flat shoes ever. I’ve come to the conclusion that the only way heels will become more comfortable is if I’m carrying less weight and that’s a whole different topic.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading my blog and please feel free to bookmark me for future reference!
